Around Marietta, specialist offices tend to cluster near hospitals and in medical office parks, and wait times for a consultation run from a few days for an endodontist to several weeks for a busy orthodontist. Most consultations across Georgia are free or low-cost and come with a written treatment plan and price; ask whether the fee is in-network for your plan, what sedation options exist and how many visits the treatment takes. A second opinion is normal for implants, jaw surgery and full-mouth reconstruction, and reputable specialists expect it.

Marietta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Marietta follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Bagheri about three years ago, and I deeply regret choosing this office. About a week after surgery, one of the sites reopened and the bleeding would not stop, which led me to go to the ER. Also, even now, three years later, I still have altered sensation/numbness in my chin area. I understand complications can happen, but I do not feel the seriousness of these risks was clearly emphasized before the procedure, and the follow-up after complications did not feel adequate. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office for wisdom tooth surgery.

The CFO/Practice Manager, Roberta Giana Hotnog Houston, will not readily reimburse you if you overpay and you will overpay if you go to this practice--look at all the reviews of people fighting for their money. It took me more than 5 months of hounding them; I left voicemails, my insurance called them twice, I showed up in person, etc. The thing that finally got me my refund? Finding Ms. Hotdog's publicly available resume with all her publicly available information on Google. I hope this information helps someone else that this office is trying to stiff. Ms. Hotdog's resume claims she has grown this practice from an annual revenue of $500k to more than $10 million in 5 years. Hm, how could that be? Nothing suspicious about that at all! They certainly aren't spending that money on their offices. Half the art in the offices is either AI or it has the watermark because they were too cheap to pay the license. That was a huge red flag for me, but I persisted because I thought, how bad could this place be? It's that bad. This is a tooth mill; they don't care about your long-term oral health. Find literally anywhere else if you value your time and teeth.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The doctor is extremely professional and made me feel calm and confident from the very beginning. My tooth was removed very quickly and completely painlessly β I was honestly surprised how smooth the whole process was. All the assistants and the front desk staff were very attentive, kind, and polite. They created such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

This has to be the best surgery I have ever experienced. I was pleasantly surprised upon my first visit with Dr Caruso and his nurse. The extra time explaining everything going into details different options very caring. I left feeling very relaxed and comfortable knowing I would be choosing them for my care. Scheduling with Stephanie was like making a best friend. I can't begin to express enough the above and beyond caring and concern before and after and today was my follow-up visit and it was just as amazing as when I walked in for the first time! My surgery was a breeze and I had no pain. Thank you Dr Caruso you are an excellent surgeon! Sharon Doolittle

Great friendly service from the initial consultation to the actual procedure. My daughter's dentist referred her here for wisdom teeth removal. The receptionist, nurses, and Dr. Bagheri were all friendly and calming. My daughter's surgery for all 4 wisdom teeth was scheduled for 8 am. The procedure did not take long at all. We were in and out of there in a little more than an hour (9:08 am). My daughter had very minimal pain after the surgery. I didn't have to fill the prescription for the pain medication, nor did she need to take any OTC pain medication that we already had at home. I only have 2 minor complaints: 1. I knew that my daughter would be groggy from the IV sedation, but I wish that I would have been warned about the other side effects of IV sedation, ie, crying and laughing spells, short term memory loss, and confusion. Those effects only lasted a few hours, but it would have been nice to be warned about it ahead of time so that I would not have been so caught off guard. 2. Petty complaint, but I wish we would have been given the option to keep her wisdom teeth upon removal instead of them being carelessly discarded. I wish I would have thought to ask beforehand. Over
